It’s hard to imagine that Siringit, owned by Intimate Places, recently opened, as it is a flawlessly run operation with a team that creates the warm family-like atmosphere usually associated with more established lodges. Offering exceptional value, this luxurious camp is stylish and modern but retains a traditional safari feel with canvas tents and highly personalised service. The team at Siringit are wonderfully friendly and accommodating and guests are made to feel at home from the moment they arrive! We were incredibly touched by the warmth of the staff throughout our stay.

At night guests can enjoy a drink around the camp fire before dinner, which is set up in the cozy main restaurant tent. The Siringit team maintain a perfect balance between professional yet relaxed service with a level of positivity and enthusiasm that is infectious. The hosting, food and service really set it apart from most other properties within a similar price range.

AccommodationSiringit has 8 tents, including one family tent, all of which are traditional canvas structures with contemporary well thought out furnishings. The rooms are modern in design but retain a warm rustic feeling. The bathrooms are elegantly decorated with wooden features and all tents boast spacious raised wooden verandas where guests can relax between activities, enjoy a coffee before the days adventures, or a sundowner with the most remarkable sunsets!

Activities and AdventuresThe driving safaris in this area of the Serengeti never cease to amaze. Siringit is conveniently located nearby the Seronera airstrip and the hot air balloon safari take off point. Central Serengeti can be very busy during the high season, but for good reason, as the variety and sheer magnitude of game is remarkable. The prime location of this lodge means that spotting game wandering through the camp grounds is not at all uncommon!
